Important Note:
- QR Activation will be considered only after 2 succesfull transections with minimum Rs. 100/- in the same month.
- Maximum upto 150 QR activation count will be considered for payout on a monthly basis
- For Gullakk RD Incentive - 30 days installments to be paid by customer for daily plan or one month for monthly plan
- Loan Disbursement Payout will be on Net Disbursed Amount basis from DOL Money's side.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Will I be on the DOL Money/Exuberant Systems Pvt Ltd payroll?
No, this is not a payroll position. It's commission-based work, and your earnings will be paid according to a pre-defined agreement and standard accounting processes.
2. Will I receive PF and ESIC benefits?
Since this role is not a formal employee position, PF and ESIC benefits are not applicable.
3. Am I an employee of DOL Money?
No. You will act as an official DOL Money Officer Self Employment Program authorized to sell their financial products to customers, but not as an employee.
4. Will I receive an offer letter?
No, you will receive an agreement outlining the payout structure, terms & conditions, and your authorization to sell DOL Money products.
5. Who will I report to?
You will report to two parties:
- Direct DOL Money Relationship Manager: They will handle matters related to your overall performance and product knowledge.
- Assigned Franchise Owner: They will oversee your local operations and provide regional support.
